Spent 4hrs at the salon cos my hair is just one of a kind but I am very impressed by the results and even more so at the entire experience and service! Being a first timer to the salon and doing such an intense chemical service, based on my past experience elsewhere, this is the perfect opportunity to push packages or top up services but there was no such thing here. I was attended to when needed and left alone otherwise. Conversations made were mostly relevant to my hair without unnecessary comments. When I was done, I simply made the payment and was on my way. Needless to say, I’ll be back cos the prices are pretty reasonable too for its location and Yenni & team did a great job tackling my stubborn tresses! It’s been such a long time since I’ve had manageable locks and am glad I found them!
